The classic Pendulum Christmas Tree Candle Holder with a counterbalance was common in Germany in the 19th century. It wasn’t patented in the United States until December 24, 1867. It is nearly extinct and is no longer made in the U.S.
We’ve discovered one remaining place in Germany where Pendulum Candle Holders are still made. We’re glad to be reviving the Pendulum Candle Holder in the U.S. Help us!
Our product is the classic version. It comes from the Bavarian hinterlands. Stock is limited.
Adjustable tines grip the base of the candle and keep it in place. Space your candle holders evenly on the tree. Select a branch that is sturdy and won’t sag. Hook the holder over a branch and adjust it so it’s vertical. The star weight will help keep holder and candle upright. Set of six.
Ca. 6 1/2 in long. Pine Cone Weight. Silver. (Also available in gold, with a star or ball weight.)
