Exchanges and Refunds
Want to exchange your items for other merchandise? No problem. We’re happy to accept unused, undamaged merchandise back in exchange for other items. Here’s how it works:
Email us within two days after you received your order. Provide us with your order number and let us know what you ordered (item and quantity). Please also let us know what items you would like instead. If the stock is available, we’ll be glad to make the exchange.
Return the original merchandise. (You are responsible for the cost of postage.) Do not send the items back to us until we confirm the exchange. At that point, please mail them to us at the address below.
We will invoice you for any difference in cost and for shipping. We will refund any difference to your credit via Paypal. We will send your replacement order when we receive the original merchandise and your payment.
Be sure to allow enough time. If you’re counting on receiving your replacement items for the holidays, be sure to contact us right away. Allow enough time for shipping.

A restocking charge of $5 applies to merchandise that is returned for a refund, unless the merchandise was damaged in the mail. Note that the stem on most of our pendulum candle holders is bendable, that the base is movable and that the tines holding the candle in place are adjustable. These are characteristics of the product — not defects or damage — and they do not qualify for a refund without the restocking fee.
We will refund your purchase price via Paypal, less the restocking fee, after we receive your return.
